A born-and-raised Arizonan with a simple belief that people deserve better care, closer to home. With a Master of Engineering from Arizona State University and a Master of Healthcare Management from the University of Arizona, Dan brings a rare combination of operational scale, systems thinking, and healthcare literacy to Eremus Health Group.

As a senior leader at one of the world's most demanding technology companies, Dan spent years leading global operations and building the kind of teams and systems that perform when it matters most. He understands compliance, accountability, and what it takes to earn and keep trust across complex environments.

But the most defining chapter of Dan's life had nothing to do with work. When his son was diagnosed with b-cell leukemia, Dan and his family lived the healthcare experience from the inside. The long treatment days, the coordinated home care, the moments when the right support made all the difference, and the ones when it did not. His son is now in remission, a victory their family carries with deep gratitude and purpose.

That journey, alongside volunteering on the Patient and Family Advisory Council at Phoenix Children's Hospital, is what Eremus Health Group is built on. Not just a business, but a commitment to making sure Arizona families have access to the kind of care and support that truly shows up for them.
